SwapToSaaS is a reference site. The editorial site itself has no accounts, no login and no newsletter form, so in normal browsing we collect nothing about you.
1. Who operates this site
Weisung Technology Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, trading as SwapToSaaS. Privacy enquiries: support@swaptosaas.com.
2. What we do not do on the editorial site
- No analytics — no Google Analytics, Plausible, Umami, Posthog or equivalent script.
- No cookies set by us, and no advertising pixels, remarketing tags or session recording.
- No email list on the editorial site, so nothing to unsubscribe from.
3. Server logs
The site is served as static files by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes standard request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to deliver pages and protect against abuse. We do not build profiles from this data. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
4. Affiliate links and the /go/ redirect layer
Some outbound links are affiliate links (see our disclosure). Once you click through, the vendor or its affiliate network processes your click — typically setting their own cookie or tracking parameter on their domain to attribute a later signup to us. Their privacy policy governs that processing, not ours. We receive only aggregate commission reports (click counts, signups, amounts) — never your name, email or payment details from those programmes.
5. AgentValet purchases
If you buy the AgentValet setup service, Stripe processes the payment (we never see card details) and we collect your email, billing address (via Stripe, for tax) and — only to perform the setup — temporary access credentials such as SSH keys, API keys and bot tokens. These are used solely for your setup, stored encrypted during the setup window and deleted within 7 days of delivery unless you subscribe to ongoing support. 6. Email you send us
We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to answer you (typically 90 days after the last interaction) and never add you to a marketing list.
7. Your rights
Under UK and EU GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal data we hold, or object to processing. Write to support@swaptosaas.com; we respond within 30 days. UK users may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
8. Children
This site covers business software procurement and is not directed at children under 16.
9. Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page and describe material changes here rather than making them silently.
