You are entitled to a full refund of any AgentValet purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, for any reason. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund request".
2. Include your order ID or the email address you used at checkout.
3. We acknowledge every request within 2 business days.
4. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Ongoing subscriptions

The Pro and Business tiers include an optional monthly maintenance subscription. You can cancel a maintenance subscription at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future charges immediately; the current billing period is not pro-rated.
