Meta case · our own business

The product that runs the company that sells it

AgentValet has no employees. It has customers, invoices, a delivery pipeline, a support inbox, an affiliate ledger, a weekly reconciliation cycle. Every one of those pieces runs on the same automation stack the customer is buying. If the automation breaks, AgentValet stops shipping its own orders.

What one order looks like from the inside

  1. 1. Customer pays on Paddle or Stripe. Webhook fires.
  2. 2. AI parses the intake form, drafts an Intake acknowledged email in the customer's language, files the receipt.
  3. 3. If the customer needs a fresh VPS, DigitalOcean or Vultr is provisioned via API. Otherwise the customer's SSH is validated.
  4. 4. AgentValet bootstraps itself on the VPS — the Telegram bot, the workflows, the memory scaffolding.
  5. 5. A delivery email goes out with connection details and the first-hour checklist.
  6. 6. Follow-up cadence is scheduled: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days.
  7. 7. If anything at any step needs a human call — unusual VPS region, unclear intake, a support reply that carries risk — the operator is paged on Telegram before the customer waits.

Why the meta case matters more than a client one

A client story can be curated. The operator picked the wins, edited the numbers, chose what to show. The meta case doesn't get that privilege. AgentValet's own P&L, delivery times, support queue — the AI is in every corner of it, because the operator can't be.

The seven client cases linked below all have the operator's own behind-the-scenes page attached. Read that first if you want to hear it from them. This page is here to say the obvious quiet part: if AgentValet couldn't run AgentValet, we wouldn't be selling it.

What AgentValet is not

  • Not a chatbot bolted onto a helpdesk.
  • Not a SaaS with an admin UI and 30 features you'll never enable.
  • Not an "AI agent" demo that works on the demo and nowhere else.

It's a self-hosted operator that lives on your VPS, listens to your Telegram, remembers your business, and takes over the roles you'd otherwise be hiring for.
